多功能馬歇爾擊實(shí)儀操作步驟:
①將拌好的瀝青混合料均勻稱取一個(gè)試件所需的用量(約1200g/4050g)當(dāng)已知瀝青混合料的密度時(shí)，可根據(jù)試件的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)尺寸計(jì)算并乘以1.03得到要求的混合料數(shù)量。

④待混合料溫度符合要求的壓實(shí)溫度后，將試模連同底座一起放在擊實(shí)臺上固定，在裝好的混合料上面墊一張吸油性小的圓紙，再將裝有擊實(shí)儀錘及導(dǎo)向棒的壓實(shí)頭插入試模中，開啟本擊實(shí)儀開始實(shí)驗(yàn)。

Place a sheet of oil-absorptive round paper on the assembled mixture and compact it with compaction. 多功能馬歇爾擊實(shí)儀工作完畢后，把試模清理干凈以備下次實(shí)驗(yàn)用。把本儀器擦拭干凈，并在導(dǎo)桿擊實(shí)錘傳動輪上拭上潤滑油。把配電箱上電源斷開，電源開關(guān)關(guān)閉。

Common faults and troubleshooting of multifunctional Marshall compactor:
