一、產(chǎn)品簡介：
177ml標(biāo)準(zhǔn)擠出筒符合GB16776-2005建筑用硅酮結(jié)構(gòu)密封膠，是測量擠出性的工具。建筑用硅酮結(jié)構(gòu)密封膠擠出筒分內(nèi)筒和外筒，內(nèi)筒直徑40.1mm，長度179mm，容量177ml。擠出性試驗(yàn)器具：空氣壓縮機(jī)、穩(wěn)壓氣源、恒溫試驗(yàn)箱、秒表、天平、玻璃量筒1000ml。它適用于測定單組分密封材料的擠出性及多組分密封材料的適用期。利用壓縮空氣在規(guī)定條件下從標(biāo)準(zhǔn)器具中擠出規(guī)定體積的密封材料。對單組份密封材料，以單位時(shí)間內(nèi)擠出的密封材料體積報(bào)告其擠出性；對多組份密封材料，以繪圖的方法報(bào)告其適用期。建筑密封膠擠出器符合GB/T13477.3-2017《建筑密封材料試驗(yàn)方法》第3部分：使用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)器具測定密封材料擠出性和適用期的方法中對擠出器的要求，標(biāo)準(zhǔn)擠出器材質(zhì)的要求，使其符合ISO9048標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的要求。

三、結(jié)構(gòu)及原理：
★擠出器主要由擠出桶、活塞、前后蓋及孔板等組成。
★它的工作原理是利用壓縮空氣在規(guī)定壓力下標(biāo)準(zhǔn)器具中擠出規(guī)定體積的密封材料。對單組分密封材料，以單位時(shí)間內(nèi)擠出的密封體積報(bào)告其擠出性；對多組分密封材料，以繪圖的方法報(bào)告其適用期。

四、組裝與使用：
★將活塞和活塞環(huán)裝在一起，放入擠出筒中，活塞環(huán)的一側(cè)朝向擠出孔。將試樣填入擠出筒中，注意勿混入空氣，將填滿的試樣表面修平，然后將前蓋、孔板及后蓋裝在擠出筒上。
★使滑板處于關(guān)閉狀態(tài)，將組裝好的擠出器與空壓機(jī)相連接。使擠出器置于相關(guān)產(chǎn)品標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)定的空氣壓力之下，在整個(gè)試驗(yàn)過程中保持壓力穩(wěn)定。
★測試之前擠出（2-3）cm長的試樣，使試樣充滿擠出器的孔。
Fourth, assembly and use:

★ The slide is closed and the assembled extruder is connected to the air compressor. The extruder was placed under the air pressure specified by the relevant product standard and the pressure was maintained throughout the test.
★ Extrude the (2-3) cm long sample before testing to fill the sample with the well.
