巖石耐崩解試驗儀步驟：
■選擇好試件，核對試件名稱及編號，填入記錄表內(nèi)。
■將試件裝入耐崩解試驗儀的圓柱形篩筒內(nèi)，在105～110℃的溫度下烘干至恒量后，在干燥器內(nèi)冷卻至室溫稱量。
■將裝有試件的圓柱形篩筒放在水槽內(nèi)，向水槽內(nèi)注入純水，使水位在轉(zhuǎn)動軸下約20mm。圓柱形篩筒以20 r/min的轉(zhuǎn)速轉(zhuǎn)動10 min后，將圓柱形篩筒和殘留試件在105～110℃的溫度下烘干至恒量后，在干燥器內(nèi)冷卻至室溫稱量。
■重復(fù)本條3項的程序，求得二次循環(huán)后的圓柱形篩筒和殘留試件質(zhì)量。
■必要時按3的程序進行5個循環(huán)。
■試驗過程中，水溫應(yīng)保持在20±2℃范圍內(nèi)。
