該儀器為千分表數(shù)字直讀式結(jié)構(gòu)，適用于各類(lèi)巖石膨脹性試驗(yàn)中的側(cè)向約束情況下，軸向位移變化的試驗(yàn)，配有透水板，千分表等試驗(yàn)裝置。

巖石測(cè)向約束膨脹試驗(yàn)儀試驗(yàn)步驟:
★將試件放入內(nèi)壁涂有凡士林的金屬套環(huán)內(nèi)，在試件上下分別放置薄型濾紙和透水板。
★頂部放上固定金屬荷載塊并安裝垂直千分表。金屬荷載塊的質(zhì)量應(yīng)能對(duì)試件產(chǎn)生5kPa的持續(xù)壓力。
★讀記千分表讀數(shù)，每10min讀記1次，直至3次讀數(shù)不變
★緩慢地向盛水容器內(nèi)注人潔凈水，直至淹沒(méi)上部透水板。
★在第1小時(shí)內(nèi)，每隔l0min測(cè)讀變形1次，以后每隔1h測(cè)讀變形1次，直至3次讀數(shù)差不大于0.001mm為止。浸水后試驗(yàn)時(shí)間不得小于48h。
★試驗(yàn)過(guò)程中，應(yīng)保持水位不變，水溫變化不得大于2℃
★試驗(yàn)過(guò)程中及試驗(yàn)結(jié)束后，應(yīng)詳細(xì)描述試件的崩解、掉塊、表面泥化或軟化等現(xiàn)象。
Rock direction-finding expansion tester test steps:
★ Place the test piece in the metal collar with Vaseline on the inner wall, and place thin filter paper and water permeable plate on top of the test piece.
★ Place a fixed metal load block on top and install a vertical dial gauge. The mass of the metal load block shall be capable of producing a continuous pressure of 5 kPa on the test piece.
★Read the dial gauge readings and read them every 10 minutes until the 3 readings remain unchanged.
★ Slowly inject clean water into the water container until the upper permeable plate is submerged.
★In the first hour, the deformation is measured once every 10 minutes, and then the deformation is read once every 1 hour until the difference of 3 readings is not more than 0.001 mm. The test time after immersion shall not be less than 48 hours.
★ During the test, the water level should be kept unchanged, and the water temperature change should not exceed 2 °C.
★ During the test and after the test, the disintegration, falling off, surface muddy or softening of the test piece shall be described in detail.

巖石軸向自由膨脹率、徑向自由膨脹率、側(cè)向約束膨脹率試驗(yàn)結(jié)果精確至0.1%,
巖石膨脹壓力試驗(yàn)結(jié)果精確至0.001MPa.

The experimental results of axial free expansion rate, radial free expansion rate and lateral restraint expansion rate of the rock are accurate to 0.1%, and the rock expansion pressure test results are accurate to 0.001 MPa.
