一、概述：
點(diǎn)荷載強(qiáng)度試驗(yàn)是巖石類的一個(gè)指標(biāo)，可測(cè)定試樣的點(diǎn)荷載強(qiáng)度以及強(qiáng)度指標(biāo)的各向異性，即不同點(diǎn)載荷強(qiáng)度中大與小值之比。
該點(diǎn)荷載試驗(yàn)儀采用便攜式輕巧型結(jié)構(gòu)，上部采用精密導(dǎo)向裝置，保證試驗(yàn)時(shí)上下壓頭無(wú)偏移。采用及碎塊加載，故巖石破壞的壓力較常規(guī)壓力機(jī)所具的壓力??；而且試樣無(wú)需加工成規(guī)則試件，適合現(xiàn)場(chǎng)測(cè)定使用，便于進(jìn)行低強(qiáng)度巖石的測(cè)定。加載采用油壓千斤頂，雙指針壓力表顯示試驗(yàn)力值（數(shù)顯式點(diǎn)荷載儀采用精密壓力傳感器及測(cè)力儀表讀數(shù)），能快速地測(cè)定巖石的抗拉及抗壓強(qiáng)度。這是一種具有方便、經(jīng)濟(jì)、迅速優(yōu)點(diǎn)的簡(jiǎn)單的科學(xué)測(cè)試工具，可用于煤礦、地質(zhì)、水工、交通、建筑等工程作巖力學(xué)性質(zhì)試驗(yàn)。
I. Overview:
The point load strength test is an index of rocks, which can determine the point load strength of the sample and the anisotropy of the strength index, that is, the ratio of the large and small values of the load strength at different points.
The point load tester adopts a portable and lightweight structure, and the upper part adopts a precision guiding device to ensure that the upper and lower indenters do not shift during the test. The top and fragments are used to load, so the pressure of rock failure is lower than that of a conventional press; and the sample does not need to be processed into a regular test piece, which is suitable for on-site measurement and use, and is convenient for the measurement of low-strength rocks. The loading adopts a hydraulic jack, and a double pointer pressure gauge displays the test force value (digital display point load meter adopts a precision pressure sensor and a force measuring instrument to read), which can quickly determine the tensile and compressive strength of the rock. This is a simple scientific testing tool with the advantages of convenience, economy and speed. It can be used in coal mine, geology, hydraulic engineering, transportation, construction and other projects for rock mechanics property testing.
