一，砌墻磚攪拌機(jī)概述：

適用于工業(yè)與民用建筑砌墻磚抗壓強(qiáng)度制備用試驗(yàn)設(shè)備。使用前務(wù)必仔細(xì)閱讀說明書。并由專業(yè)實(shí)驗(yàn)人員操作，以避免操作不當(dāng)引起的傷害。如需了解更多資料請與我公司客服人員聯(lián)系。根據(jù)GB/T 25044-2012《砌墻磚抗壓強(qiáng)度試樣制備設(shè)備通用要求》技術(shù)規(guī)程設(shè)計(jì)生產(chǎn)的新型強(qiáng)度試驗(yàn)攪拌設(shè)備。是拌制凈漿的專用設(shè)備，控制系統(tǒng)采用程控變頻技術(shù)，具備轉(zhuǎn)速連續(xù)可調(diào)、數(shù)字顯示、外型美觀、操作方便等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。

I. Overview:
It is suitable for testing equipment for compressive strength preparation of industrial and civil building wall tiles. Be sure to read the instructions carefully before use. It is operated by professional experimenters to avoid injury caused by improper operation. For more information, please contact our customer service staff. According to GB/T 25044-2012 "General requirements for wall-mounted brick compressive strength sample preparation equipment" technical design and production of new strength test mixing equipment. It is a special equipment for mixing pulp. The control system adopts program-controlled frequency conversion technology, which has the advantages of continuously adjustable speed, digital display, beautiful appearance and convenient operation.

三，砌墻磚攪拌機(jī)操作規(guī)程:

使用前把攪拌機(jī)放到水平的工作臺上面，把攪拌機(jī)與操作柜電源連接好,然后按下啟動開關(guān)再慢慢旋轉(zhuǎn)調(diào)速開關(guān)，攪拌開始。

Third, the operating procedures:
Put the mixer on the horizontal workbench before use, connect the mixer to the power supply of the operation cabinet, then press the start switch and slowly rotate the speed control switch, and the stirring starts.

四，砌墻磚攪拌機(jī)注意事項(xiàng)：

★使用前要仔細(xì)閱讀說明書，嚴(yán)格按操作規(guī)程使用。

★開機(jī)前必須接好接地線裝置，工作中A隨意拆除，以免發(fā)生觸電。

★機(jī)器工作時(shí)，手不準(zhǔn)伸入攪拌鍋內(nèi)，以免發(fā)生意外。

★發(fā)現(xiàn)機(jī)器有故障應(yīng)立即停機(jī)，找專業(yè)人員檢查。

★攪拌完成后將料桶及攪拌葉拆下后清洗，涼干保存。

★攪拌鍋拆，裝時(shí)一定要輕拿輕放，以免磕碰變形無法正常使用。

Fourth, note:
★ Read the instructions carefully before use and strictly follow the operating procedures.
★The grounding wire device must be connected before starting the machine. A can be removed at will during operation to avoid electric shock.
★ When the machine is working, the hａnd is not allowed to reach into the mixing pot to avoid accidents.
★ If the machine is found to be faulty, stop it immediately and look for a professional check.
★ After the mixing is completed, the drum and the mixing blade are removed, cleaned, and stored dry.
★ Mix the pot and disassemble it. It must be handled gently when it is installed, so as to avoid the deformation of the bumper.
