砌墻磚振動(dòng)試驗(yàn)臺(tái)根據(jù)GB/T 25044-2012《砌墻磚抗壓強(qiáng)度試樣制備設(shè)備通用要求》技術(shù)規(guī)程設(shè)計(jì)生產(chǎn)的新型磁力振動(dòng)設(shè)備。由上海榮計(jì)達(dá)儀器科技有限公司提供，振動(dòng)臺(tái)主要由磁盤(pán)、臺(tái)面、底架、振動(dòng)器、彈簧等部件組成，同過(guò)焊接組成一體，振動(dòng)器位于臺(tái)面底部中間位置。起著振實(shí)振穩(wěn)的作用。

砌墻磚振動(dòng)試驗(yàn)臺(tái)是一種在普通振動(dòng)臺(tái)基礎(chǔ)上的更新改良產(chǎn)品。本產(chǎn)品外形規(guī)格為1000×1000mm重量是原普通振動(dòng)臺(tái)的1.7倍，臺(tái)面下方附有磁盤(pán)，通電上磁，磁盤(pán)吸力可達(dá)到75千克力左右，斷電后磁力自動(dòng)消失。這樣既免去了安裝時(shí)必打地基的程序，又解決了實(shí)驗(yàn)過(guò)程中須將試件緊固在臺(tái)面上的問(wèn)題。并且開(kāi)關(guān)設(shè)有定時(shí)裝置，使用起來(lái)更加簡(jiǎn)單方便。

Wall-mounted brick magnetic vibration table is a new and improved product based on ordinary vibration table. The external dimensions of this product are 1000 × 1000mm, which is 1.7 times the weight of the original ordinary vibration table. A magnetic disk is attached below the tabletop. The magnetic disk is energized and the suction force of the disk can reach about 75 kilograms of force. The magnetic force disappears automatically when the power is turned off. This not only eliminates the need to lay a foundation during installation, but also solves the problem of having to fasten the test piece to the table during the experiment. 砌墻磚振動(dòng)試驗(yàn)臺(tái)安裝與使用：

★無(wú)需打地基，但放振動(dòng)臺(tái)地面一定要平整，以免偏心振動(dòng)數(shù)據(jù)不準(zhǔn)。

★動(dòng)力電壓380V（三火一零），必須接好地線，并經(jīng)常檢查振動(dòng)器上螺栓有無(wú)松動(dòng)。

★按技術(shù)要求必須平底試模上臺(tái)，放置要與臺(tái)面相對(duì)稱(chēng)，使負(fù)荷平衡，并且注意定點(diǎn)磁位置。若無(wú)平底試模要先將試模地面打磨后裝料再置于臺(tái)面上（但效果仍不及平底試模）。

Installation and use of magnetic vibration table for masonry bricks:

★ No foundation is required, but the ground of the shaking table must be flat to avoid inaccurate vibration data.

★ Power voltage 380V (three fires and one zero), the ground wire must be connected, and the bolts on the vibrator are often checked for looseness.

★ According to the technical requirements, flat-bottom test molds must be placed on the stage, placed symmetrically to the table to balance the load, and pay attention to the fixed-point magnetic position. If there is no flat-bottom test mold, the ground of the test mold must be ground and then loaded on the table (but the effect is still not as good as the flat-bottom test mold).

砌墻磚振動(dòng)試驗(yàn)臺(tái)時(shí)間控制器使用說(shuō)明：

★按儀器標(biāo)示輸入輸出線對(duì)應(yīng)接好（380V）。設(shè)定時(shí)間的撥碼開(kāi)關(guān)定到所需數(shù)值。單位是“秒"。

★開(kāi)啟電源開(kāi)關(guān)，指示燈亮，計(jì)時(shí)顯示器為“0"說(shuō)明儀器工作正常，處于等待狀態(tài)。

★按啟動(dòng)按鈕，這時(shí)振動(dòng)臺(tái)開(kāi)始工作，當(dāng)顯示時(shí)間與設(shè)定時(shí)間相等時(shí)，儀器便自動(dòng)停止，既而制動(dòng)，時(shí)間約為15秒工作完成。

★如再工作，需再按下啟動(dòng)按鈕即可。如運(yùn)動(dòng)中需停機(jī)，需按“暫停"按鈕，儀器便自動(dòng)制動(dòng)。

Instructions for use of wall clock magnetic shaker time controller:

★ Connect the corresponding input and output wires (380V) according to the instrument label. Set the DIP switch for the time to the desired value. The unit is "seconds".

★ Turn on the power switch, the indicator light is on, and the timing display is "0", indicating that the instrument is working normally and is in a waiting state.

★ Press the start button, and the shaker starts to work. When the display time is equal to the set time, the instrument will automatically stop and then brake. The time is about 15 seconds to complete the work.

★ If you want to work again, you need to press the start button again. If you need to stop during exercise, you need to press the "pause" button, and the instrument will automatically brake.

砌墻磚振動(dòng)試驗(yàn)臺(tái)注意：

★電源電磁電機(jī)輸出輸入線不要接錯(cuò)。

★停機(jī)制動(dòng)過(guò)程中，嚴(yán)禁啟動(dòng)，制動(dòng)完畢后方能啟動(dòng)，以免損壞機(jī)器。

★使用過(guò)程中，若連續(xù)運(yùn)輸時(shí)間過(guò)長(zhǎng)，易出現(xiàn)臺(tái)面溫度過(guò)熱現(xiàn)象，應(yīng)停機(jī)散熱后方可繼續(xù)工作，否則易損壞磁盤(pán)電磁效應(yīng)。

★在儀器運(yùn)行當(dāng)中，不能撥動(dòng)撥碼開(kāi)關(guān)，以免影響定時(shí)精度。

★振動(dòng)完畢后應(yīng)關(guān)閉儀器電源以防誤動(dòng)。

★ It is strictly forbidden to start during stopping and braking, and it can be started after braking, so as not to damage the machine.

★ During use, if the continuous transportation time is too long, the temperature of the table will be overheated, and the machine should be stopped to cool down and continue to work, otherwise the magnetic effect of the disk will be damaged.

★ During the operation of the instrument, you cannot toggle the dial switch to avoid affecting the timing accuracy.

★ After the vibration is completed, the power of the instrument should be turned off to prevent malfunction.
