砌墻磚收縮膨脹儀是測(cè)量長度變化的精密儀器，它適用于砌墻磚生產(chǎn)廠、科研單位、大專院校、建工部門等單位用來檢測(cè)燒結(jié)普通磚、粉煤灰磚等砌墻磚的收縮及膨脹變形量。該產(chǎn)品是依據(jù)GB/T2542-2003《砌墻磚實(shí)驗(yàn)方法》標(biāo)準(zhǔn)制作的。
由：底座、試樣架、測(cè)量表架、上測(cè)頭、緊固螺釘、下測(cè)頭、百分表、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)桿、試體固定螺釘、底座調(diào)整螺絲等組成。該產(chǎn)品是依據(jù)GB/T2542-2012《砌墻磚試驗(yàn)方法》標(biāo)準(zhǔn)設(shè)計(jì)制作，上下測(cè)頭采用90°錐形凹座。具有使用方便、測(cè)量精度高、速度快、讀數(shù)清楚等特點(diǎn)。

砌墻磚收縮膨脹儀注意事項(xiàng)：
1、使用時(shí)，忌用手直接與標(biāo)準(zhǔn)棒接觸，應(yīng)持外外套部分，以防止標(biāo)準(zhǔn)棒受人體手溫的影響。
2、儀器用完畢后，應(yīng)將測(cè)量框架的測(cè)量頭和百分表探拭凈，并涂以鐘表油；測(cè)試過程中，應(yīng)使百分表的測(cè)頭緩慢而平穩(wěn)地與試件接觸，不允許沖擊和碰撞，嚴(yán)禁將百分表測(cè)桿頂過量程范圍，以免影響表的靈敏度和使用壽命。
砌墻磚收縮膨脹儀試驗(yàn)方法：
1、先將標(biāo)準(zhǔn)棒置于工作臺(tái)上，擰動(dòng)調(diào)整螺絲使之近似垂直。
2、將測(cè)量框架置于標(biāo)準(zhǔn)棒的頂頭，調(diào)整螺桿和螺母，使百分表對(duì)準(zhǔn)零位（或記下百分表之刻度）。
3、將制作養(yǎng)護(hù)好的試件兩端擦拭凈，然后放置在工作臺(tái)上，然后把測(cè)量框架套在試件上，并左右移動(dòng)表框，使試件與測(cè)量框架的測(cè)量頭準(zhǔn)確地接觸，此時(shí)即可開始讀數(shù)，并記錄下表盤上的刻度值。

2. Shocks and collisions are allowed, and it is strictly forbidden to push the dial indicator rod beyond the maximum range, so as not to affect the sensitivity and service life of the meter.
Test method of wall brick shrinkage dilatometer:
1. Put the standard bar on the workbench first, and turn the adjusting screw to make it approximately vertical.
2. Place the measuring frame on the top of the standard rod, adjust the screw and nut to make the dial indicator align to the zero position (or record the scale of the dial indicator).
3. Wipe the two ends of the cured test piece clean, and then place it on the workbench, then put the measuring frame on the test piece, and move the table frame left and right to make the test piece accurately contact the measuring head of the measuring frame. Reading can be started at this time, and record the scale value on the dial.
