防水卷材真空吸水儀結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn)：
主要由抽氣部分，試驗(yàn)控制部分及試樣容器部分組成，控制系統(tǒng)方便靈活，易于操作，整機(jī)布局合理，層次分明。

防水卷材真空吸水儀安裝與調(diào)試：
開箱時注意各種玻璃容器是否破損，真空泵是否注到紅點(diǎn)位置，各接頭連接避免松動，個閥芯應(yīng)涂真空至，將溫度計(jì)及膠塞安裝在儲水瓶上，然后接通電源。

防水卷材真空吸水儀試驗(yàn)準(zhǔn)備：
A、抽氣系統(tǒng)檢查，(充氣時再開啟注水閥)
儲水瓶倒入少量的清水關(guān)閉注水閥，開啟調(diào)壓閥及抽水閥，啟動使真空干燥器的真空度達(dá)到規(guī)定的數(shù)量，此時開啟注水瓶內(nèi)的水抽吸到干燥器中，以此檢查抽氣系統(tǒng)暢通無漏氣。
B、試件處理：(卷材為例，瓷磚參閱**有關(guān)檢測標(biāo)準(zhǔn)測試)時間不封邊，將其表面浮動隔離材料刷除，并準(zhǔn)確稱量(W1)

防水卷材真空吸水儀注意事項(xiàng)：
1、真空度負(fù)壓嚴(yán)禁超過表量程而損壞表。
2、閥門塞心及干燥器接口處定期涂真空脂。
3、滴在干燥器真空脂上水需用濾紙粘吸。
4、因閥芯陣松而造成漏氣。
5、定期更換泵油
