防水涂料涂膜模具使用方法：
★在試樣制備前，所取樣品及所用儀器均在標(biāo)準(zhǔn)條件下（溫度23℃±2℃；相對(duì)濕度45％~70％） 放置24h。
★為了便于脫模，在基板（玻璃板）上和?？蛏峡捎霉栌突蚴炞髅撃┻M(jìn)行表面處理。
★在標(biāo)準(zhǔn)條件下，將靜置后的樣品攪拌均勻，若樣品是雙組分涂料，則按產(chǎn)品的配合比稱(chēng)取所需的主劑和固化劑，把兩組分混合后充分?jǐn)嚢?min。
★在不混入氣泡的情況下將攪拌好的防水涂料立即傾倒于本涂膜模具中進(jìn)行涂覆。
★樣品應(yīng)分次涂覆，A后一次用涂刮棒將其表面刮平，并在標(biāo)準(zhǔn)條件下養(yǎng)護(hù)168h。
★檢查涂膜外觀，表面應(yīng)無(wú)明顯氣泡、光滑且平整。
★起膜后，用切片機(jī)切割涂膜，制得符合GB/T 528所規(guī)定的啞鈴狀Ⅰ型試樣，以備不同拉伸試驗(yàn)之用。
