該儀器以一定規(guī)格的工具將涂層做格陣圖形切割并穿透，規(guī)格完成的圖形按六級分類，評定涂層從底材分離的抗性。

本劃格器有三種規(guī)格間距的多刃切割刀（1mm、2mm、3mm）按不同實驗條件可供選擇。1mm間距的多刃切割刀適用于涂膜厚度<60um的試片，2mm間距的多刃切割刀適用于涂膜厚度<60~120um的試片，3mm間距的多刃切割刀是為特殊用途而設(shè)計的。

漆膜劃格器使用方法：

★試片必須按ISOR1514及ISO2808的規(guī)定制備：

★將試片放置在有足夠硬度的平板上：

★根據(jù)需要實驗的涂膜厚度，選用規(guī)格合適的多刃切割刀，將圖中件2

松開一圈，搬動刀體3或螺紋軸1，即可改換多刃切割刀，然后鎖緊件2即能使用：

★手持劃格器手柄，使多刃切割刀垂直于試片平面：

★以均勻的壓力，平穩(wěn)地不顫動的手法和20~~50mm/s的切割速度割劃；

★將試片旋轉(zhuǎn)90度角，在所割劃的切口上重復以上操作，以使形成格陣圖形；

★用軟毛刷沿格陣圖形的，兩對角線輕輕地向后5次向前5次的刷試片；

★試驗至少在試片的三個不同位置上完成，如果三個位置的實驗結(jié)果不同，應在多于三個位置上重復試驗，同時記錄全部結(jié)果。

★ Slitting with uniform pressure, smooth and non-vibrating technique and cutting speed of 20 ~ 50mm / s;

★ Rotate the test piece by 90 degrees, and repeat the above operation on the cut incision to form a lattice pattern;

★ Use a soft-bristled brush to brush the test strip along the grid pattern, gently diagonally back 5 times forward 5 times;

★ The test is completed at least in three different positions on the test strip. If the test results in the three positions are different, the test should be repeated in more than three positions and all results should be recorded at the same time.

QFH漆膜劃格器注意事項：

★所有切口應穿透涂層，但切入底材不得太深；

★如因涂層過厚和過硬而不能穿透到底材，則該試驗無效，應在試驗報告中說明；

★在特殊情況下或有特殊要求時必須配合膠帶測定。膠帶一般是25 mm寬的半透明膠帶，背材為聚脂薄膜或醋酸纖維。將膠帶貼在整個劃格器上，然后以A小角度撕下，結(jié)果可用漆膜表面與脫落面積的比例來求得：

★實驗應在溫度23±2°C和相對濕度50±5%中進行

Note for QFH paint film divider:
