QCJ-120漆膜沖擊器工作原理：

由控制器螺釘將帶有掛鉤的重錘固定在所要求的高度上，其高度即滑筒刻度所示高度刻線與定位標(biāo)刻線重合。按壓控制螺釘則控制器彈簧被壓縮，此時(shí)控制滑塊的圓孔與控制器上蓋及控制器下底的圓孔對(duì)正使掛鉤脫落，重錘落下，撞擊沖桿，沖桿向下作用在事先放在枕墊塊上的試板上。之后，提升重錘體，取出試板，以觀察試板上漆膜試驗(yàn)情況。

底座留有二個(gè)安裝孔，可用M12螺栓將沖擊器穩(wěn)裝在平坦的地面或工作臺(tái)上。

試板的放置。把備妥的試板放置在枕墊塊上，且緊貼于枕墊塊凹孔，漆膜朝上，使受沖擊點(diǎn)距試板邊緣不少于15mm，或在試板中間處。若使用一個(gè)試板作數(shù)次試驗(yàn)時(shí)，應(yīng)使每個(gè)沖擊點(diǎn)邊緣相距不少于15mm。

重錘投放高度的設(shè)置。同時(shí)松動(dòng)控制器螺釘，控制器件可按滑筒兩側(cè)滑道上下移動(dòng)。根據(jù)試驗(yàn)要求，先取高度時(shí)，請(qǐng)將定位標(biāo)上刻線與滑筒刻度線重合即可，將控制器螺釘擰緊、固定。

試驗(yàn)舉例。依照標(biāo)準(zhǔn)中的有關(guān)規(guī)定，完成重錘投放高度的設(shè)置，將制備好的試板置于枕墊塊上。按壓控制螺釘，重錘即自由地落在沖桿上，沖桿將沖擊力傳給枕墊塊上的試板。將重錘提升起，由控制器掛住重錘上的掛鉤，取出試板。用4倍放大鏡觀察，判斷漆膜有無裂紋、皺紋及剝落等現(xiàn)象。本試驗(yàn)舉例僅供參考，具體的試驗(yàn)方法，以標(biāo)準(zhǔn)中的有關(guān)規(guī)定為準(zhǔn)。

Test example. According to the relevant provisions in the standard, complete the setting of the height of the weight hammer, and place the prepared test plate on the pillow block. When the control screw is pressed, the weight is freely dropped on the punch, and the punch transmits the impact force to the test plate on the pillow block. Raise the weight, hold the hook on the weight by the controller, and remove the test plate. Observe with a 4x magnifying glass to determine whether the paint film has cracks, wrinkles and peeling. This test example is for reference only. The specific test method is subject to the relevant provisions in the standard.

儀器應(yīng)置于干燥、清潔、無腐蝕性氣體環(huán)境中。儀器應(yīng)經(jīng)常保持清潔，運(yùn)動(dòng)部分靈活。

當(dāng)控制器因保管或使用不當(dāng)有障礙時(shí)，可用內(nèi)六角扳手松開支臂上M10內(nèi)六角螺釘，將滑筒卸下，然后擰下控制器螺釘，重錘及兩側(cè)螺釘，由管底部用改錐卸下定位標(biāo)支架緊固螺釘，即可將控制器取出進(jìn)行清潔、修理。
