★啟動前**先檢查旋轉(zhuǎn)部分與料筒是否有刮碰現(xiàn)象，應及時調(diào)整。

★減速箱應注入機油后方能使用，卸料蝸輪會及滑動軸承處注入機油。

★將試驗的碎石料和鋼球裝入筒內(nèi)，密封蓋好，擰緊螺釘，開動儀器轉(zhuǎn)動500轉(zhuǎn)或1000轉(zhuǎn)后自動停止。此時出料口在中上位置，便于打開密封蓋，打開蓋后，按點動鍵，使出料口轉(zhuǎn)向下方，松開按鍵試筒停止，取出試件。

★用直徑2mm圓孔篩或邊長1.7mm方孔篩，篩去試樣中的石屑，用水沖洗留在篩上的碎石，烘干、恒重，準確稱出重量。
