二、原理：

以一對(duì)軟鋼薄片膠接成T沖擊剝離試樣，在規(guī)定的條件下，對(duì)試樣未膠接端施加沖擊力，使試樣沿其膠接線產(chǎn)生剝離。韌性不同的結(jié)構(gòu)膠粘劑，其剝離長(zhǎng)度有顯著差別，從中可判別出其韌性的優(yōu)劣。

通過測(cè)量試樣剝離長(zhǎng)度以及對(duì)不同型號(hào)膠粘劑測(cè)試數(shù)據(jù)的比較分析，可制定出以剝離長(zhǎng)度為指標(biāo)的、簡(jiǎn)易、實(shí)用的結(jié)構(gòu)膠粘劑韌性合格評(píng)定標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
