三、使用說明：
1，調(diào)三底腳，使臺(tái)板放平。
2，調(diào)整導(dǎo)桿與上夾具所需高度，將把手并9瑣緊。
3，先把試件長端夾緊在上夾具上。
4，再把試件短端夾緊在下夾具上。
5，掛上秤砣和砝碼。

四、結(jié)構(gòu)原理：
儀器主要有上夾具、下夾具及秤砣砝碼等組成，把被測(cè)試件按規(guī)定固定在上下夾具上進(jìn)行夾緊，掛上tuo及砝碼，使其面紙與石膏芯材的剝離而測(cè)出其粘結(jié)面所占百分比數(shù)據(jù)。

五、注意事項(xiàng)：
試件在40℃±2℃的條件下干燥至恒溫后，在測(cè)件長邊距端頭20mm處鋸一條縫，把石膏折斷，但不得破壞另一面的護(hù)面紙，測(cè)定背紙與石膏芯粘結(jié)的試件，鋸縫在試件的背面。將試件固定在護(hù)面紙與石膏芯粘結(jié)試驗(yàn)儀上，在試件沿鋸縫彎折的部分掛上20N荷重（包括夾具質(zhì)量），慢慢松開手使護(hù)面紙剝離，觀察每張板上的兩個(gè)試件護(hù)面紙剝離后的狀況。
