NDJ-5S旋轉(zhuǎn)粘度計(jì)工作原理：

本儀器為數(shù)顯粘度計(jì)，由電機(jī)經(jīng)變速帶動(dòng)轉(zhuǎn)子作恒速旋轉(zhuǎn)。當(dāng)轉(zhuǎn)子在液體中旋轉(zhuǎn)時(shí)，液體會(huì)產(chǎn)生作用在轉(zhuǎn)子上的粘度力矩，該粘性力矩也越大；

反之，液體的粘度越小，該粘性力矩也越小。該作用在轉(zhuǎn)子上的粘性力矩由傳感器檢測(cè)出來(lái)，經(jīng)計(jì)算機(jī)處理后得出被測(cè)液體的粘度。

本儀器采用微電腦技術(shù)，能方便地設(shè)定量程（轉(zhuǎn)子號(hào)及轉(zhuǎn)速），對(duì)傳感器檢測(cè)到的數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行數(shù)字處理，并且在顯示屏上清晰地顯示出測(cè)量時(shí)設(shè)定的轉(zhuǎn)子號(hào)、轉(zhuǎn)速、被測(cè)液體的粘度值及其滿量程百分比值等內(nèi)容。

NDJ-5S配有4個(gè)轉(zhuǎn)子（1、2、3、4號(hào)）和4檔轉(zhuǎn)速（6、12、30、60轉(zhuǎn)/分），由此組成的16種組合，可以測(cè)量出測(cè)定范圍內(nèi)的各種液體的粘度。

Working principle of NDJ-5S rotary viscometer:

This instrument is a digital viscometer. The motor drives the rotor to rotate at a constant speed through variable speed. When the rotor rotates in the liquid, the liquid will produce a viscosity moment acting on the rotor, and the viscosity moment will be greater;

Conversely, the smaller the viscosity of the liquid, the smaller the viscosity moment. The viscous moment acting on the rotor is detected by the sensor, and the viscosity of the measured liquid is obtained after processing by the computer.

This instrument uses microcomputer technology, which can easily set the range (rotor number and speed), digitally process the data detected by the sensor, and clearly display the rotor number, speed, and measured value set during measurement on the display.
