漆膜沖擊器操作規(guī)程:
★按照產(chǎn)品標(biāo)準(zhǔn)所規(guī)定制備樣板。
★把備妥的樣板放置在枕墊塊3上緊貼與枕墊塊凹孔上,漆膜朝上,并使沖擊點距樣板邊緣不小于15毫米,或在樣板中間地方。
若使用一個樣板數(shù)次試驗時,應(yīng)使每個沖擊點邊緣相距不少于15毫米。
★按照產(chǎn)品標(biāo)準(zhǔn)中的規(guī)定,借控制器螺釘固定好高度,按壓控制螺釘重錘即自由的落在沖桿4上,沖桿將沖擊力傳給枕墊塊上的樣快。

假如在產(chǎn)品標(biāo)準(zhǔn)中已指出漆膜沖擊強(qiáng)度大小,則在試驗時重錘可直接從規(guī)定高度落下。
如在產(chǎn)品標(biāo)準(zhǔn)適當(dāng)說明時,可用反沖擊方法試驗特殊漆膜此時樣板的涂漆面應(yīng)朝下放置于枕墊塊上進(jìn)行試驗
★兩次測定值之差應(yīng)在±1厘米范圍之內(nèi)。
★在空氣溫度25±1°C和相對溫度70%以下條件進(jìn)行試驗

★ The impact strength of the paint film is expressed in centimeters by a 1 kg weight that does not cause damage to the paint film.
If the impact strength of the paint film is indicated in the product standard, the weight can be dropped directly from the specified height during the test.
If the product standard is properly stated, the special paint film can be tested by the impact method. At this time, the painted surface of the sample should be placed on the pillow block for testing.

使用前的檢查與調(diào)整
檢查沖桿中心是否與枕墊塊凹孔中心一致,若有偏差時,可調(diào)整沖擊塊緊母14上的內(nèi)六方螺釘13.
3、定位標(biāo)是否對零線,將重錘放下,觀察定位標(biāo)上刻線是否與零線重合,有偏差時可調(diào)節(jié)定位標(biāo)6兩側(cè)螺釘。
