漆膜磨耗儀是由二個(gè)磨耗砂輪配置于轉(zhuǎn)盤上，當(dāng)轉(zhuǎn)盤旋轉(zhuǎn)時(shí)，左側(cè)一個(gè)磨耗砂輪由外向樣板表面**磨擦，而右側(cè)一個(gè)磨耗砂輪由樣板表面**向外磨擦。當(dāng)轉(zhuǎn)盤旋轉(zhuǎn)一周時(shí)，在樣板表面磨耗的痕跡是由互相重合，并呈X形相交的二園環(huán)組成。采用這種方式，其優(yōu)點(diǎn)是使樣板表面各個(gè)方向都受到磨擦，克服了一個(gè)方向往復(fù)運(yùn)動(dòng)的耐磨儀的缺點(diǎn)。

五、注意事項(xiàng)：
⑴ 測(cè)試結(jié)束后，應(yīng)切斷電源，清理儀器，將儀器罩好。
⑵ 長(zhǎng)期用時(shí)，應(yīng)將砂輪取下放好。
⑶ 一年至二年必須檢修加油一次
