Product Characteristics: HTGF-6000 automatic industrial analyzer is applied to such industries as electric power, coal, metallurgy, petrochemical, coal chemical, environmental protection, cement, papermaking, geological exploration and scientific research institutions, etc. It conforms to requirements of GB/T212-2008 Proximate Analysis of Coal and can be used for measuring moisture, ash and volatile in such substances as coal and ore, calculating fixed carbon content and calorific value thereof and analyzing combustible matter content in the ash and slag.

Functional characteristics of HTGF-6000 Automatic Industrial Analyzer:

★ 流程規(guī)范、結(jié)果準(zhǔn)確：模擬干燥箱、馬弗爐的試驗(yàn)環(huán)境及條件，水分、灰分、揮發(fā)份的測試流程、條件和結(jié)果均滿足國標(biāo)要求，不需要進(jìn)行校正，可應(yīng)用于仲裁分析。

★Standard process and accurate results: HTGF-6000 automatic industrial analyzer can simulate experiment environment and conditions of the drying oven and muffle furnace, comply with international standards without calibration in respect of testing procedures, conditions and results of the moisture, ash and volatile, and consequently can be applied to arbitration analysis.

★ 測試速度快：采用多爐體結(jié)構(gòu)，帶有恒溫干燥裝置，水分、灰分、揮發(fā)份三個(gè)指標(biāo)可任意組合測定或單獨(dú)測定，同時(shí)測試12個(gè)試樣的三項(xiàng)指標(biāo)可以在150分鐘完成。

★Fast testing speed: A plurality of furnace structures as well as a constant temperature dryer are provided herein, so that the three indexes of moisture, ash and volatile can be tested in any combination or tested individually. Even the three indexes of 12 test samples can be finished within 150 min.

★ 自動(dòng)化程度高：將高精度進(jìn)口電子天平集成到儀器內(nèi)部，結(jié)合自動(dòng)稱量機(jī)構(gòu)，實(shí)現(xiàn)在高溫下自動(dòng)多次準(zhǔn)確稱量。采用熱重分析法，自動(dòng)稱樣、自動(dòng)送樣、自動(dòng)處理數(shù)據(jù)、結(jié)果計(jì)算、報(bào)表打印和存儲(chǔ)等，通過測定水分、灰分、揮發(fā)份可自動(dòng)計(jì)算出固定碳含量、氫值和熱值。

★High degree of automation: High-precision imported electronic balance is integrated to the inside of the instrument and combined with an automatic weighing mechanism, realizing automatic accurate weighing repeatedly at high temperature. A thermogravimetry is adopted, achieving automatic weighing, automatic transferring, automatic data processing, result calculation, statement printing and storing, etc. The fixed carbon content, hydrogen value and calorific value can be calculated automatically by test the moisture, ash and volatile.
